New Plays Festival Read-Throughs
May 4, 2009

The monday evening read-throughs of the scripts chosen for production in next season's New Plays Festival was a great success.

This was a vital part of the process of new play development, and a singular opportunity for voices to be heard as these scripts are made production-ready.  The anonymous comment cards and talk-backs were a marvelous chance for our playwrights to hear what it is they have written as they now head into re-writes over the course of the summer.

Thank you to those who were able to attend for supporting your fellow students as they launch into this scary, but rewarding process.
